   Locate the installer on your system and double-click to run the installer.

   After that, follow the instructions given below:

2. A welcome window will appear; click on Next to start the installation process.

   

3. Now, select "I accept the agreement" and click on the Next button.

   

4. In the next step, select the location where you want to install the software and click Next.

   

5. The setup will start extracting the file.

   

6. ️In the next window, select the options to create the desktop icon or run the software and click the Finish button.

Here are the steps to uninstall the software from your system, after completing the task.

1. Open the Control Panel on your system.
2. Click Uninstall a program under a Program section.
3. Click on the three dots beside BLR Outlook Toolkit from the list and click on it.
4. Click Uninstall/Change, the software will ask for your permission, click Yes to accept.

Here are the steps to use the BLR Outlook Toolkit.

1. Open the BLR Outlook Toolkit on your system.

   

2. The software will now start, and users can add data files for conversion.

   

3. Click on the “Add File” to upload the PST/OST file.

   

4. Browse the PST/OST file from your system.

   

5. After adding the PST/OST file, click Next to start the process.

   

6. In the preview panel, you will find the data from the OST/PST file in a proper folder structure.

   

7. Double-click on any of the folders, and you can find all the emails present in the folder.

   

8. Now, to view your email, double-click on the email.

   

9. Now choose the folders you want to convert to different format.

   

10. After that, click on the Next button to proceed with the conversion process.

    

11. Now, there are multiple export options to select from.

    

12. You can also apply the date range filter to convert emails from a specific date.

    

13. If you want to remove duplicate emails, then you can use the Remove Duplicate feature.

    

14. Choose the file naming options from the given list.

    

15. You can also choose the path to save the exported data file.

    

16. If you choose the IMAP Server or any other webmail account from the export options, then choose it here.

    

17. Now you need to enter the login details of the corresponding email account. (Note: Use App password to log in.)

    

18. Finally, click Export to start the conversion process.

    

19. Here, complete the email conversion and migration process.
