   Double-click on the file to run the installer.

2. A welcome window will appear; click on Next to start the installation process.

   

3. Now, select "I accept the agreement" and click on the Next button.

   

4. In the next step, select the location where you want to install the software and click Next.

   

5. The setup will start extracting the file.

   

6. In the next window, select the options to create the desktop icon or run the software and click the Finish button.

Here are the steps to uninstall the software from your system:

1. Open the Control Panel on your system.
2. Click Uninstall a program under Program section.
3. Select BLR PST Converter from the list and right-click on it.
4. Click Uninstall/Change, the software will ask for your permission, click Yes to accept.

Here are the steps to use the BLR PST Converter.

1. Open the BLR PST Converter tool on your system.

   

2. The software will start, and you can start the conversion process.

   

3. Click on the “Add File” to upload the PST file.

   

4. Browse the PST file on your system.

   

5. After adding the PST file, click Next to start the process.

   

6. In the preview panel, you will find the data from the PST file in a proper structure.

   

7. Double-click on any of the folders, and you can find all the emails present in the folder.

   

8. Now, to view your email, double-click on the email.

   

9. Now choose the email folders you want to convert.

   

10. After that, click on the Next button to proceed with the conversion process.

12. You can also apply the date range filter to convert emails from a specific date.

14. Choose the file naming options from the given list.

    

15. You can also choose the path to save the exported data file.

    

16. If you choose the IMAP Server or any other webmail account from the export options, then choose it here.

    

17. Now you need to enter the login details of the corresponding email account. (Note: Use App password to log in).

    

18. Finally, click Export to start the conversion process.
